  • 1/2 small red cabbage, shredded
  • 4 tablespoons Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 apples, chopped
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  1. Place apples into a large bowl. Add lemon juice, toss to coat. Add cabbage, onion and parsley.

  2. Combine mayonnaise and yogurt in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over cabbage mixture, toss to coat.
