- 1/3 cup Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Chipotle BBQ sauce
- 1 1/4 cups shredded red cabbage
- 1/2 carrot, shredded
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
- 140 g grilled pineapple, chopped
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped jalapeno chillies
- 4 large tortillas
- 4 lime wedges, grilled
- 400 g white fish, grilled
Mix the Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise and Chipotle BBQ sauce together in a bowl.
In a large bowl combine cabbage, carrot and onion.
Combine the pineapple, coriander and jalapeños in a small bowl.
Spread chipotle aioli onto tortillas, top with slaw, fish and grilled pineapple relish. Serve with grilled lime wedges.
