- 1/2 cup (125mL) Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 4 skinless chicken breast fillet
- 120 g baby spinach and rocket salad, to serve
- chopped tomatoes, to serve

Preheat barbecue to medium heat. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Reserve 1/3 cup of the mayonnaise mixture in a bowl for serving and set aside.

Cook chicken on preheated barbecue for 12-15 minutes, brushing frequently with the remaining mayonnaise mixture, turning once or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Drizzle reserved 1/3 cup mayonnaise mixture over chicken and serve with salad and tomatoes.
