- 300 g mixed salad leaves, roughly torn
- 2 tablespoons Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise
- 200 g orange segments
- 150 g reduced-fat Cheddar, diced
- 4 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
Place salad leaves, orange segments and cheddar cheese in a bowl.
In a small jug, or bowl, combine mayonnaise and orange juice. Drizzle over salad, toss to coat. Sprinkle over pine nuts. Serve.
