- 500 g lean beef mince
- 1/4 cup Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 4 sesame seed burger buns
- 1/2 cup torn lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup tomato ketchup
- 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
Combine mince with 1 tablespoon mayonnaise in a bowl. Shape into 4 burger patties.
Preheat a barbecue flatplate on medium-high. Brush the patties lightly with olive oil. Cook patties for 4 -5 minutes each side or until lightly charred and cooked through.
Spread bun bottoms with remaining mayonnaise. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, burger patties, ketchup, onion and bun tops.
