- 1 large avocado, choppped
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 cherry tomatoes, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 10 raw king prawns, peeled
- 1 extra clove garlic, crushed
- 2 hot dog buns, split
- 2 handfuls bean sprouts
- 2 tablespoons Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
Preparation

Place avocado, lime juice and garlic in a bowl. Using a fork smash the avocado until almost smooth yet still has some texture. Stir in tomatoes. Season to taste with salt and pepper and set aside.

Heat oil on a barbecue flat plate, or large frying pan, over medium-high heat. Add prawns and extra garlic and cook for 3 minutes or until prawns are just cooked through.

Spread the bottom half of the buns with avocado mixture. Top with prawns and bean sprouts. Sprinkle with lime zest. Spread mayonnaise over bun tops and enclose. Serve and enjoy!
