  • 1 large avocado, choppped
  • 1 lime, zested and juiced
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 10 raw king prawns, peeled
  • 1 extra clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 hot dog buns, split
  • 2 handfuls bean sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise


  • Place avocado, lime juice and garlic in a bowl. Using a fork smash the avocado until almost smooth yet still has some texture. Stir in tomatoes. Season to taste with salt and pepper and set aside.

  • Heat oil on a barbecue flat plate, or large frying pan, over medium-high heat. Add prawns and extra garlic and cook for 3 minutes or until prawns are just cooked through.

  • Spread the bottom half of the buns with avocado mixture. Top with prawns and bean sprouts. Sprinkle with lime zest. Spread mayonnaise over bun tops and enclose. Serve and enjoy!
