  • 400 g smoked streaky bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 brioche burger rolls, lightly toasted
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup chipotle BBQ sauce
  • 2 avocados, sliced

  1. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook bacon for 2 minutes each side or until just crisp. Transfer to a plate, cover to keep warm.

  2. Add a little oil to the pan. Cook eggs sunny side up for 2 minutes for soft yolks or until cooked to your liking.

  3. Place cheese onto the inside of the burger bun base. Grill for 1-2 minutes or until cheese has just melted. Top with avocado, bacon, eggs, Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise and chipotle BBQ sauce.
