Prawn & Avocado Salad


Enjoy this zesty Prawn & Avocado Salad with a dressing of Hellmann's® mayonnaise, lime, jalapeno chilli and a dash of chilli pepper sauce.

  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 jalapeno chilli, seeded, finely chopped
  • hot chilli sauce (like Cholula or Tabasco), to taste
  • 750 g cooked king prawn, peeled
  • 2 avocados, chopped
  • 4 spring onions, thinly sliced


  1. Combine mayonnaise, lime juice and jalapeno chilli in a large bowl. Season to taste with salt, pepper and hot chilli sauce.

  2. Add prawns, avocado and spring onions; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
