- 2 teaspoons Continental Superb Stock Chicken Powder
- 2 teaspoons chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1.2 kg American-style pork ribs, cut in half
- 2/3 cup apricot jam
- 1/3 cup tomato ketchup
- 1/4 cup Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Preheat oven to 150°C.

Combine stock powder and chili powder in small bowl; stir in oil. Rub ribs with chilli powder mixture, then arrange in shallow roasting pan. Cover with aluminium foil. Roast for about 2 1/2 hours, or until tender.

Meanwhile, combine apricot jam, tomato ketchup, mayonnaise and vinegar in a small bowl; set aside.

Barbecue, or oven-grill, ribs turning and brushing with Mayonnaise mixture frequently, until caramelized.
