Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 x 85 g bags watercress
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 3 spring onions, thinly sliced
- 100 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 red chillies, halved, seeded, thinly sliced
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 60 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoons pepita seeds, toasted
- 10 basil leaves, torn
Directions

In a bowl combine Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise and balsamic vinegar and set aside.

Combine the watercress, coriander, spring onion, cherry tomatoes and red chillies in a large bowl. Add the dressing and mix well. Place salad onto serving plates. Top with avocado, feta cheese, pepita seeds and basil leaves.
