This dressing is deliciously creamy and packed with fresh green herbs. It gives a flavour sensation to leafy salads, or use as prawn dipping sauce or a alternative dressing for your pasta or potato salad.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped continental parsley leaves
- 1/2 cup roughly torn basil leaves
- 1 1/2 tbsp chopped chives
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- 2 anchovies
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 150 g of your favourite salad greens

Place mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, basil, chives, dill, anchovies, lemon juice into the bowl of a food processor. Close lid then process until combined and smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Drizzle green goddess dressing over your favourite leafy salad, toss to coat. Serve.
