This dressing is deliciously creamy and packed with fresh green herbs. It gives a flavour sensation to leafy salads, or use as prawn dipping sauce or a alternative dressing for your pasta or potato salad.

  • 1/3 cup Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped continental parsley leaves
  • 1/2 cup roughly torn basil leaves
  • 1 1/2 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • 2 anchovies
  • 3 tsp lemon juice
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 150 g of your favourite salad greens

  1. Place mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, basil, chives, dill, anchovies, lemon juice into the bowl of a food processor. Close lid then process until combined and smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  2. Drizzle green goddess dressing over your favourite leafy salad, toss to coat. Serve.
