Ingredients
- 425 g canned tuna in oil, drained
- 3/4 cup Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 1 dill pickle, finely chopped
- 1 celery stick, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup finely chopped dill
- 2 tbsp drained baby capers, roughly chopped
- 1 green spring onion, thinly sliced, plus extra to garnish
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 baby cos lettuce, or baby gem lettuce, leaves separated

Combine tuna, mayonnaise, pickled dill cucumber, celery, dill, capers, lemon juice, zest and spring onions in a bowl, until well mixed. Garnish with extra spring onion and dill.
