  • 425 g canned tuna in oil, drained
  • 3/4 cup Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 dill pickle, finely chopped
  • 1 celery stick, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped dill
  • 2 tbsp drained baby capers, roughly chopped
  • 1 green spring onion, thinly sliced, plus extra to garnish
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 baby cos lettuce, or baby gem lettuce, leaves separated

  1. Combine tuna, mayonnaise, pickled dill cucumber, celery, dill, capers, lemon juice, zest and spring onions in a bowl, until well mixed. Garnish with extra spring onion and dill.

  2. Serve bowl of tuna mixture on a platter with lettuce leaves.
