  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 8 corn cobs, husks removed
  • oil spray, for greasing
  • 1/2 cup finely grated haloumi or parmesan cheese
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges, to serve

  1. Preheat barbecue grill plate to medium-high. Combine mayonnaise with lime juice, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, cayenne pepper and garlic salt.

  2. Spray corn with oil. Cook corn on preheated barbecue , turning often, until slightly charred all over, about 10 minutes.

  3. Brush hot corn with mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle with haloumi cheese. Serve with lime wedges.
