- 1/2 cup Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 8 corn cobs, husks removed
- oil spray, for greasing
- 1/2 cup finely grated haloumi or parmesan cheese
- 1 lime, cut into wedges, to serve

Preheat barbecue grill plate to medium-high. Combine mayonnaise with lime juice, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, cayenne pepper and garlic salt.

Spray corn with oil. Cook corn on preheated barbecue , turning often, until slightly charred all over, about 10 minutes.

Brush hot corn with mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle with haloumi cheese. Serve with lime wedges.
