This salad is perfect for using up leftover turkey or swap it for some store-bought rotisserie chicken.

  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 4 cups roughly torn cos lettuce
  • 2 cups mixed salad leaves
  • 2 cups chopped cooked turkey or store-bought rotisserie chicken
  • 1 medium pear, cored, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup pecans, toasted, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries

  1. Combine mayonnaise and cranberry sauce in a bowl and set aside.

  2. In a large bowl add cos lettuce, mixed lettuce leaves, turkey and pear. Pour over dressing. Toss to coat. Place lettuce mixture onto a serving platter. Garnish with red onion, pecans and cranberries.
