Smokin' BBQ Pork Chops
These barbecued pork chops recipe are brushed with a mayonnaise marinade that brings out all the great flavours of pork - including coriander, lime, smoked paprika and a little kick of chilli.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper or ground chilli powder
- 8 pork chops, about 1.3cm thick

Preheat a barbecue to medium-high heat. Combine mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic, coriander, smoked paprika and cayenne pepper in a medium bowl. Transfer 1/2 cup of the mayonnaise mixture in a separate bowl and reserve aside to serve with pork.

Brush some of the mayonnaise mixture over both sides of pork chops. Barbecue grill for 4-5 minutes each side, brushing frequently with mayonnaise mixture, or until chops are cooked through. Serve with reserved mayonnaise mixture.
