  • 1/3 cup Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon coriander, finely chopped, plus extra to serve
  • 1 teaspoon taco spice mix
  • 200 g bag corn tortilla chips
  • 1/2 small iceberg lettuce, chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 green capsicum, deseeded, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 red chilli, seeded, finely chopped
  • 8 pitted black olives (optional)

  1. Combine Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, cream cheese, sour cream, coriander and taco seasoning mix in small bowl; set aside

  2. Layer tortilla chips, mayonnaise mixture, lettuce, capsicum, cheese and spring onions on a serving platter. Garnish with chilli, extra coriander and olives, if desired.
