- 1/3 cup Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon coriander, finely chopped, plus extra to serve
- 1 teaspoon taco spice mix
- 200 g bag corn tortilla chips
- 1/2 small iceberg lettuce, chopped (optional)
- 1/2 green capsicum, deseeded, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 red chilli, seeded, finely chopped
- 8 pitted black olives (optional)
