Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 4 salmon fillets (about 180g each)
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 large cos lettuce, leaves separated, roughly torn

In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, red onion, coriander and lime juice.

Transfer 1/2 cup mayonnaise mixure into a bowl. Add tomatoes, toss to coat and set aside.

Preheat a barbecue grill or griddle pan, on medium high heat. Brush salmon with the smaller amount of mayonnaise mixture. Barbecue or chargrill salmon fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side, turning only once and brushing with mayonnaise mixture, or until the fish flakes when tested with a fork.

Serve salmon with creamy tomato salad and lettuce.
