Tuck into this classic beef burger with tomato ketchup, lettuce and onion.

  • 500 g lean beef mince
  • 1/4 cup Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 4 sesame seed burger buns
  • 1/2 cup torn lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 cup tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced

  1. Combine mince with 1 tablespoon mayonnaise in a bowl. Shape into 4 burger patties.

  2. Preheat a barbecue flatplate on medium-high. Brush the patties lightly with olive oil. Cook patties for 4 -5 minutes each side or until lightly charred and cooked through.

  3. Spread bun bottoms with remaining mayonnaise. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, burger patties, ketchup, onion and bun tops.
