Kim Chi Taco
Korean food is growing in popularity and is adaptable with other cuisines. The spiciness of the kimchi cabbage and creaminess of the mayonnaise is a great combination for a taco application.

Ingredients
- 400 g rump steak
- 1/2 cup Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 4 g coriander, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped kim chi
- 1 tablespoon finely diced red onion
- 4 tortillas, warmed
- coriander leaves, to garnish
Directions

Preheat barbecue to high heat. Cook beef for 2 minutes each side, or until cooked to your liking. Set aside on a plate, cover with foil and allow rest for 5 minutes.

Combine the kim chi, chopped coriander, onion and lime juice with the Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise.

Thinly slice beef, then divide among tortillas, Top with kimchi mayonnaise and coriander leaves.
