- 4 bacon rashers
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup Best Foods mayonnaise
- 100 gram blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 8 store-bought beef burger patties
- 8 hamburger buns, lightly toasted

Cook bacon until crisp in large non-stick frying pan until browned and crisp. Using tongs transfer bacon to a board then roughly chop and set aside. Reserve bacon drippings in pan.

Head reserved drippings over medium heat. Add onion, and cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes or until golden brown.

Combine Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, blue cheese, parsley and pepper in small bowl. Stir in bacon and onion.

Cook burgers on a preheated barbecue, or large non-stick frying pan with a little oil, over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through. Arrange burgers on bun bases, then top with blue cheese mixture and remaining bun tops. Serve
