- 1.2 kg chicken wing nibbles
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 sachet Continental Classics Chilli Con Carne Family Pack Recipe Base Quick And Easy To Prepare
- 2/3 cup Hellmann's Peri Peri Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- chopped coriander leaves, to garnish
- lemon cheeks, to serve

Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Line a large baking tray with foil and non-stick baking paper.

Place chicken wings in a large bowl, pour over oil, toss to coat. Sprinkle over chilli con carne seasoning base, toss to coat. Place chicken onto prepared tray in a single layer. Bake for 40 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Meanwhile combine Hellmann's Peri-Peri mayonnaise with lemon juice in a small bowl and set aside.

Transfer cooked wings to a bowl. Pour over two thirds of the mayonnaise mixture, toss to coat. Transfer to a serving platter. Serve with remaining mayonnaise mixture. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with lemon.
