This delectable prawn sandwich has a a zingy twist with lime, hot pepper sauce & Hellmann's mayo.

  • 1 tablespoon Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (like Tabasco)
  • 1/4 teaspoon finely grated lime zest
  • 400 g cooked prawns, peeled
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 stick celery, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices crusty white bread

  1. Combine mayonnaise, parsley, lime juice, hot pepper sauce and lime zest in a medium bowl. Add prawns, avocado and celery; toss to coat.

  2. Place avocado and celery onto 4 bread slices. Top with prawns and remaining bread slices. Enjoy!
