Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/8 of a red cabbage, finely shredded
- 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
- 1 small carrot, coarsely grated
- 200 g beef mince
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 burger buns, split
- 1 cup mixed lettuce leaves
- oil spray, to fry

To make the slaw, combine 1 tbsp Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise and a squeeze of lemon juice in a bowl. Add cabbage, spring onions and carrot. Toss to combine. Cover and set aside.

In a bowl, season the beef with salt and pepper, to taste. Form mixture into 4 even sized balls.

Heat a large frying pan over medium- high heat. Spray well with oil spray. Add 2 of the beef mince balls, flatten with a spatula to make thin burger patties. After 1 minute, place 2 mounds of cheddar beside each patty in the pan. Allow to cook for 1 minute before flipping the patties and placing the melted cheese on top. Cook for a further 2 minutes, remove from the pan. Repeat with the remaining beef mince and cheese.

Spread remaining Hellmann's Real mayonnaise onto the cut side of the bun bases and tops. Top bases with some of the lettuce. Stack both cheesy beef patties onto each bun base then top with slaw annd bun tops. Serve with remaining lettuce leaves.
