Tuna Olives Capers Sub

A delicious sub roll inspired by the Mediterranean with the addition of tuna, lemon, capers and olives. Yum!

  • 95 g can tuna in spring water, drained
  • 1 tablespoon Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 wholegrain submarine roll or half baguette
  • 1 teaspoon margarine spread with sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon drained baby capers in brine
  • 1 tablespoon pitted green olives, sliced

  1. In a small bowl combine tuna, mayonnaise, lemon zest and juice.

  2. Spread margarine over both halves of the sub roll.

  3. Top the bottom half of the sub roll with tuna mayonnaise and then scatter over the capers and olives. Top with remaining half of sub roll. Serve
