A super-tasty turkey burger recipe with mustard, paprika and chorizo sausage and all bound together with great-tasting Hellmann's® Mayonnaise.

  • 500 g turkey mince
  • 100 g chorizo, finely diced
  • 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, plus extra to serve
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Colman's English Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 4 burger buns, split, toasted
  • 4 cups mixed lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • oven roasted potato wedges and cranberry sauce, to serve

  1. Combine turkey mince, chorizo, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, garlic, paprika, Colman’s English Mustard and pepper in a large bowl. Form mixture into 4 patties. Place onto a plate lined with baking paper and chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.

  2. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat*. Cook burgers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.(*Alternatively cook on a flat plate on the barbecue)

  3. Spread a little extra mayonnaise onto burger bun bases. Top with some of the lettuce, onion, tomato, burger patties and remaining bun tops. Serve with remaining lettuce, oven fries and cranberry sauce.
