Turkey Panini

This tasty turkey panini layers cheese and turkey with creamy Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise.

  • 2 ciabatta rolls, halved lengthways
  • 2 tablespoons Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 100 g smoked turkey breast slices
  • 2 sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 roasted red capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 2 slices provolone cheese, each slice cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon basil pesto
  • 2 cups rocket salad, to serve


  1. Spread ciabatta rolls with Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise. Top with turkey, sun-dried tomatoes, roast pepper slices and Provolone cheese. Top with freshly made basil pesto.

  2. Toast panini in a sandwich press until golden, and cheese is starting to melt. Serve with rocket salad.
