- 2 ciabatta rolls, halved lengthways
- 2 tablespoons Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 100 g smoked turkey breast slices
- 2 sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 roasted red capsicum, thinly sliced
- 2 slices provolone cheese, each slice cut in half
- 1 tablespoon basil pesto
- 2 cups rocket salad, to serve

Spread ciabatta rolls with Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise. Top with turkey, sun-dried tomatoes, roast pepper slices and Provolone cheese. Top with freshly made basil pesto.

Toast panini in a sandwich press until golden, and cheese is starting to melt. Serve with rocket salad.
