- 4 tablespoons Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 400 g rump steak, sliced into 2cm strips
- 1 red onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 1 red capsicum, deseeded and sliced
- 1 zucchini, thinly sliced lengthways
- 4 tortilla wraps, warmed
- 3 tablespoons roughly chopped coriander leaves

Combine Hellmann’s Light Mayonnaise, tomato, paprika and red chilli in small bowl. Set aside.

Place steak in a bowl. Season with salt, to taste. Add half the oil toss, coat. Add onion, capsicum, zucchini to another bowl, Season with salt, to taste, Add remaining oil, toss to coat.

Heat a barbecue (both the flat plate and chargrill plate) over high heat. Add the steak to the flat plate and cook for 3-5 minutes or until browned on all sides. Add vegetable mixture to the chargrill plates and cook, turning occasionally, for 3-5 minutes or until tender.

Arrange steak and vegetables in the middle of the tortilla. Top with the mayonnaise tomato mixture and garnish with coriander.
