The classic club never goes out of fashion a perfect combo of chicken, crispy bacon, salad and the essential condiment Hellmann's mayonnaise and that extra layer of toasted bread.

  • 3 slices white bread, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 slices cooked chicken breast or turkey breast
  • 1/2 cup, firmly packed, shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/4 medium Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 bacon rashers, cooked
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced

  1. Spread some mayonnaise on one of the toasted bread slices then top with some lettuce, tomato, cucumber and chicken or turkey.

  2. Add a new slice of bread on top of the chicken and spread with some more mayonnaise then place the remaining lettuce, tomato, cucumber and crispy bacon on the bread. Spread remaining mayo on the remaining slice of toasted bread.

  3. Cut the sandwiches into two diagonal pieces and insert cocktail sticks to hold the club sandwich together.
