Be adventurous with your next burger recipe! Follow this simple recipe to creating Cuban burgers, packed with all sorts of appetizing toppings like Swiss cheese, cooked ham, dill pickles, and Dijon mayo.

  • 4 beef burger patties
  • 4 ciabatta rolls
  • 3 tablespoons Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 8 slices (Lengthwise) dill pickles
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 Swiss cheese

  1. Barbecue, or pan-fry, beef burger patties until golden brown & cooked through.

  2. Meanwhile combine Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl, evenly spread on the bases of the rolls.

  3. Arrange pickles on rolls, then top with burgers, ham and cheese. Finish with roll tops.

  4. Wrap each burger tightly in aluminum foil, then barbecue over low heat, pressing down well with a heavy spatula or frying pan, for about 3-4 minutes each side or until heated through and cheese is melted.
