- 300 g skinless chicken breast fillets
- 3 tablespoons Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Peri Peri sauce
- 1/2 cup lettuce leaves
- 100 g avocado, diced
- 2 wholemeal burger buns, split, toasted
- 2 tablespoons sundried tomatoes
- sweet potato chips, to serve

Pre-heat barbecue flat plate over medium high heat. Combine the Hellmanns Real Mayonnaise, lemon juice and zest in a bowl and set aside.

Slice the chicken breast lengthwise, to form 4 thinner chicken pieces so cooking time is decreased. Barbecue for 4-5 minutes each side or until cooked through .

Build the burger in the following order: bottom bun, lemon mayonnaise, lettuce, sundried tomato, avocado, grilled chicken, Peri Peri sauce and toasted top bun. Serve with fresh cooked sweet potato chips.
