Tasty Turkey Burger

  • 600 g turkey mince
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red capsicum
  • 1 cup Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons finely sliced parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha chilli sauce
  • 6 seeded brioche burger buns, split, lightly toasted on cut side
  • 2 cups mixed lettuce leaves
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 dill pickles, sliced lengthways
  • Oven Baked frozen crinkle cut chips, to serve


  1. Combine turkey, capsicum, 1/3 cup mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, onion and parsley in a bowl. Season with salt. Shape mixture into 6 burgers.

  2. Preheat flat plate of barbecue , or large non-stick frying pan, over medium high heat. Drizzle with a little oil. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes each side or until browned and cooked through.

  3. Combine remaining 2/3 cup mayonnaise with sriracha chilli sauce in a bowl.

  4. Spread a little sriracha mayonnaise on the burger bases. Top with lettuce, tomato, red onion, burger patties, onion, lettuce and then finishing with remaining sriracha mayo and burger tops. Serve with oven baked crinkle cut chips.
